This week we joined some very passionate Michael Jackson fans at the press screening of Michael, and if you’re one of those true fans of the King of Pop, don’t even bother to listen to this episode. Put on your fedora and your sequined glove and go see this movie. You’ll love it. As for the two of us, this biopic has some flaws and we don’t hesitate to dig into them. Let’s just hope Michael’s lawyers aren’t listening. One fun fact about this screening is that the extended family of the director, Antoine Fuqua, was there. They gave his title credit a big round of applause, which was a nice touch. We also discuss the trauma of child stars and give Bubbles the chimp some love. The ’80s were wild!
