H.G. Wells’ classic War of the Worlds is being re-imagined once again for our modern society by producers Patrick Aiello and Timur Bekmambetov.

MUBI has just released the first trailer for the upcoming romantic drama, The History of Sound. Directed by Oliver Hermanus and written Ben Shattuck (based on his short story), The History of Sound takes place in 1917 and follows two men who meet at the Boston Conservatory.

Directed by Clint Bentley with a script he co-wrote with Greg Kwedar, Train Dreams had its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival to glowing reviews from critics. Take a peek at the first teaser.

Here we are. Back for part two of the 2025 Tribeca Festival preview!

The 2025 Tribeca Film Festival is right around the corner, and Beyond the Cinerama Dome will be covering it from the comfort of home. I may not be sweating on the streets of New York, but that doesn’t mean I’ll be missing out on the great films this year’s festival has in store.

Time is weird, but I guess you didn’t come here to read my thoughts on the social construct better known as the Passage of Time. Without further ado, here’s what I watched and liked in March.

Can you believe it’s already March? 2025 seems like it’s been around for four years or two days, depending on my mood.
