“Shelby Oaks” First Trailer

Neon has released the first trailer for Chris Stuckman’s debut film, Shelby Oaks. The YouTuber turned film director signed on to make the film back in 2021. Principal photography began in 2022 with reshoots taking place in 2025 after the film had already premiered at the 2024 Fantasia International Film Festival. Mia Brennan (Camille Sullivan) is searching for her missing little sister, Riley (Sarah Durn). Riley went missing in the ghost town of Shelby Oaks. Others who went to Shelby Oaks were found dead, but Riley was not. Mia will stop at nothing to find her little sister.

Shelby Oaks opens exclusively in theaters on October 3.
