A24 & Apple TV+’s “Highest 2 Lowest” First Trailer
Denzel Washington and Spike Lee are reunited for the fifth time with the upcoming Highest 2 Lowest. The film is a reinterpretation of all-time great filmmaker Akira Kurosawa’s crime thriller, High and Low, which was loosely based on the 1959 novel King’s Ransom by Ed McBain. Highest 2 Lowest had its world premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival out of competition. Check out the official trailer.
Ilfenesh Hadera, Jeffrey Wright, ASAP Rocky, and Ice Spice in her film debut round out the rest of the cast.
