Trailer & Key Art for Apple TV+’s “The Lost Bus”

It was announced that Apple TV+’s The Lost Bus would have its world premiere at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival as part of the Special Presentation program. Today, Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for the highly anticipated film that stars Emmy, SAG, and Golden Globe Award-winner America Ferrera and Academy Award-winner Matthew McConaughey. Directed by Academy Award-nominee Paul Greengrass, The Lost Bus will debut in select theaters on September 19, 2025, before premiering globally on Apple TV+ Friday, October 3, 2025.

Inspired by real events, The Lost Bus is a race through one of America’s deadliest wildfires. A wayward bus driver (McConaughey) and a loyal school teacher (Ferrera) attempt to save 22 children from the blazing fire. Yul Vazquez, Ashlie Atkinson, and Spencer Watson also star in the film.
